Serendipity is about the moments we don’t plan for—the chance encounters, subtle shifts, and fragments of meaning that unexpectedly reshape our lives. In therapy, these unanticipated insights can become the catalyst for real transformation. Often, in hindsight we recognise how a single moment altered everything.
My practice embraces this gentle unfolding rather than rigid formulas. Here, emotions surface, memories echo, and previously forgotten parts of the self begin to weave back together. As Carl Jung eloquently put it, “In all chaos, there is a cosmos, in all disorder a secret order.”
My Background & Approach
With five years of experience in psychology and therapy, I bring Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), blended with counselling and mindfulness to form a personalised and compassionate approach:
DBT equips you with practical tools to manage intense emotions, nurture balanced relationships, and find stability.
EMDR allows us to gently process and release what feels "stuck" in the body and mind, creating new pathways of healing.
Mindfulness cultivates presence and fosters the ability to make different, more empowered choices in the moment.
Counselling provides the warm, empathetic space to explore and integrate your story with care.
Who I Work With
I work with people who want more than just coping strategies — people who want to design a life that feels safe, meaningful, and truly their own.
Many of the people I support live with the impact of trauma, family estrangement, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), or neurodivergence such as autism and ADHD. Too often, these experiences are misunderstood or stigmatised. In our work, we focus on uncovering the resilience, creativity, and strength that have always been there, even in the most difficult times.
